Yes, Mills Creek has on-site maintenance and management. 


An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

If an item in your unit needs repair, we are always here to help. You can either submit a work order through our online portal or call the office to do so over the phone. For emergency repairs, you can call the office and you will be directed to the emergency line.


What happens if I get locked out of my home?

Since our homes all come with attached garages, this doesn't tend to happen often. However, we do have extra keys and can help you re-enter your home after verifying your identity.


What maintenance is a resident responsible for? 

Residents are not responsible for any maintenance. Our team at Mills Creek maintains everything that came with the home.


Does your property offer on-site parking?

Yes, our homes come with attached, private 2-car garages and driveways.


Is your property parking free or paid?

Parking is free - attached, private 2-car garages and driveways are included with each home.


Is your property pet-friendly?

Mills Creek is a pet-friendly community with an onsite dog park and walking trails surrounding the community. We do not have weight limits for dogs, but we do have some restricted breeds.  Please contact our Leasing Team for more details.  


Do you offer furnished units?

No, we do not offer furnished units at Mills Creek.


As a resident, am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, residents are required to purchase renter’s insurance.


Is Mills Creek smoke-friendly?

No, our property is smoke-free.


How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Once submitted, your application will take an average of 1-2 business days to be approved.


What are my options for paying my rent?

Rent can be paid either via our online portal or in the form of a paper check.


Which utilities are included in my rent?

No utilities are included in rent. 


Does Mills Creek have a gym?

Yes, Mills Creek has a 24-hour Fitness Center available for resident use. 


Do the homes come with washers and dryers?

Yes, all homes come with an in unit, full size washer and dryer. 


Is there a pool at the property?

Yes, we have a pool with a lounge deck in our community. 


Are there amenities for residents who work from home?
Yes, at Mills Creek we have a business center with high speed Wi-Fi for resident use to support your WFH needs.
